How do I place an order?
Easy! Call us seven days a week, 9am - 8pm or email order@celebrationyardsign.com. We'll need details for keepsake bundles, personalization, delivery name, address, and payment information. We recommend reserving in advance to ensure you receive your first preference.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to Tyler and surrounding areas.
How fast can I get my sign delivered after I order?
We deliver 7 days a week and will do our best to get your sign up when requested. Obviously, it is best to reserve ahead of time to ensure delivery on your requested day.
How much do you charge for your sign rental?
Our signs start at $65 for a 3 day rental. Pricing can be found next to each sign on the designated pages.
Delivery fees will be added based on mileage from Tyler:
0 - 25 miles - FREE
26 - 40 miles - $15
41+ miles - Call or email for pricing
What methods of payment do you take?
We prefer to use Venmo or PayPal. We accept checks. We can also take credit cards via PayPal invoicing. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to take credit card payments over the phone.
When do I pay for my order?
We request that payment be made on day of delivery.
Do I have to reserve a birth announcement sign before the baby comes?
Not at all! Reservations are welcomed and recommended, but not required in advance. Call us before, during or after and let us know when you would like to have your sign delivered. We’ll do our very best to get it to you within 24 hours of when you want it. It is our goal to have the sign in the yard when the family arrives home.
Can I rent a sign for someone else?
Of course! What a great “Welcome Home” that would be for the new family, a birthday greeting for a relative, a laugh for your friend that is “Over the Hill”, a congratulations for an accomplishment and much more!
What are Sibling Stars or Woof Bones?
A Sibling Star or Woof Bone is an additional keepsake which allows an older brother or sister or pet to be included in the special event of a birth. A sibling star may contain whatever message you like. A typical message is "Big Sister Haleigh". Sibling Stars and Wolf Bones can be purchased for $20 each.
How are the signs set up?
We drive a post into the ground about 10-12”. In order to do this we need a grassy or mulched area that is accessible. If you are concerned about your sprinkler system, please communicate the spot where you would like us to place the sign if you will not be available at the time of delivery. We try to pick the best location for visibility. If you have a particular spot where you would like the sign, please let us know.
What if I want to move the sign?
Please do not attempt to move the sign. If you would like it moved to a different location in your yard, please call and we will be happy to assist you. We cannot be responsible for damage to property or personal injury if you try to move or alter the sign.
Can I water and mow my lawn?
If you must mow your yard during your rental period, please be careful trimming and mowing around the sign. If at all possible, please avoid trimming around the sign until it has been removed. We do understand that this is not always feasible, especially for one week rentals, but we do sincerely appreciate you taking precautions to protect our sign. Watering is fine; our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage.
What if the sign becomes damaged?
Our signs have been successfully tested in wind and rain and have proven very durable. If however, you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately. Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children. Please, for your children's safety, do not allow them to play on or near the sign. If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately.
How are signs personalized?
Our Stork signs come with a personalized keepsake bundle that is yours to KEEP! The bundle displays the baby’s first and middle name, birth weight, length, time and birth date. If you would like different information, just let us know. This is also available on the crown and baby carriage for birth announcements; however, the space is more limited. Each sign rental is personalized with a name, either on the sign or on a separate banner.
What about information privacy?
We will never share or sell your information with anyone unless it is required to complete the transaction. We value your privacy as much as we value ours.
What is your refund policy?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your rental at least 24 hours in advance or extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the sign display.
You will NOT receive a refund if:
- The homeowner stopped us from setting up the display.
- The wrong address was given to us and we are unable to contact the homeowner or purchaser for the correct address.
- The homeowner has a dog loose on the property.
- Or any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our control.
